Coffee / Tea Pairing
Sweet directions can sit naturally alongside coffee, tea and familiar bakery-break moments.
Protein / Fibre Boost
An alternative for when you want more protein and fibre without defaulting to a shake or bar.
Familiar rituals
More ways to make them yours.
THE TECHNOLOGY
Wheat flour, re-engineered.
Conventional flour systems focus on the product. Protadoodle’s focuses on you.
Instead of adding nutrition to a conventional baked good, Protadoodle went back to its core: the flour system itself.
The result is a protein-fibre blend designed to preserve the structure, behaviour and experience of a familiar baked good, whilst delivering a nutritional profile more aligned with modern nutrition goals.
The wheat scaffold
Provides protein and creates the structure needed for a familiar baked-good crumb, rise and chew.
The fibre system
Builds fibre into the foundation while helping shape texture, hydration and the intended portion profile.
The flavour stack
When flavour is added, carefully designed ingredient stacks turn the neutral foundation into distinct staple, savoury and sweet baked-good moments.
The baking engine
Yeast, salt, liquid and heat bring system together - turning the blend into Protadoodle buns with the baked-good experience and nutritional profile the platform is built around.
Upgrade your bakery ritual.
Make it work harder for you.
