THE PRODUCT
Meet Protadoodle.
A functional baked-good platform bringing modern nutrition into familiar bakery rituals.
High protein · High fibre

the clearest expression of its structure, crumb and nutritional before flavour is added.

THE FLAVOURS
One base. Many directions.
Each Protadoodle direction begins with the same core structural base.
From there, carefully designed flavour stacks create distinct baked-good directions and experiences without losing the platform’s structure or nutritional philosophy.
The stack behind each Protadoodle direction
Core flour system
The same neutral structural base behind every Protadoodle.
Flavour identity
The ingredients that define the direction: staple, savoury or sweet.
Balance & roundness
The elements that shape the overall flavour experience and make it feel complete.
Texture & visual cues
The finishing details that help signal the baked-good moment and make each direction feel distinct.
The result is a platform that can express different baked-good moments whilst staying rooted in the same nutritional benefits.
Example of flavour directions include
Staple: Plain, Seen Mix, Brioche, & more
Savoury - Pizza, Burger, Olive & Cheese, & more
Sweet - Lemon & Poppy, Sweet Cinnamon, Chocolate Hazelnut, & more

THE TECHNOLOGY
Wheat flour, re-engineered.
Instead of adding nutrition to a conventional baked good, Protadoodle rethinks the flour system itself.
The result is a protein-fibre blend designed around baked-good structure, texture and modern nutritional goals.
The wheat scaffold
Provides protein and creates the structure needed for crumb, rise and chew.
The fibre system
Builds fibre into the foundation whilst helping shape texture, hydration and portion profile.
The flavour stack
Layers distinct flavour directions onto the neutral foundation.
The baking engine
Yeast, salt, liquid and heat bring system together into the finished baked good.
Upgrade your bakery ritual. Make it work harder for you.

Comparison shown on a per-100-kcal basis to help illustrate what different foods provide within the same calorie amount. The visual 100 kcal portion equivalents shown in the table correspond to: Plain Protadoodle 61.0 g (≈1 bun), bread roll 38.3 g (≈⅔ of a bread unit), protein bar 28.1 g (≈½ bar), and high-fibre cereal 29.1 g (≈¾ of a typical labelled serving). Bread roll, protein bar and high-fibre cereal values represent the arithmetic mean of three popular UK-market products in each category. Bread roll comparison references: Product A, Product B, Product C. Protein bar comparison references: Product A, Product B, Product C. GOOD TO KNOW
A few things worth knowing.
Vegetarian-friendly
Protadoodle is build around vegetarian-friendly ingredients, with vegetarian directions across the platform.
Contains wheat / gluten
Wheat is fundamental to Protadoodle's structure. Therefore, it is not suitable for people avoiding wheat or gluten, including people with coeliac disease.
Allergens
The core Protadoodle platform contains WHEAT / GLUTEN. Individual flavour directions may introduce additional allergens. Depending on the flavour, these may include MILK, SOYA, EGG, MUSTARD, SESAME, ALMOND, HAZELNUT and SULPHITES. Some ingredients may carry precautionary warnings for PEANUTS, NUTS, and CELERY. Full ingredient and allergen information will be provided for each commercial version of the product.
